Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ALD Media ("ALD Media", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are the controller of that information. This website is intended for business audiences.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, business email and message, and, if you choose to share them, your website, role, approximate monthly ad spend and vertical.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
You are not legally required to give us any information. Without the required form fields we cannot reply to your inquiry. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health or financial details, through the form.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and assess a possible business relationship.
- To communicate with you about that relationship.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and running our business, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle inquiries, and only as needed:
- Netlify, which hosts the website.
- Formspree, which receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Our email and business software providers, which store our correspondence.
These providers act on our behalf and must protect the information. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. If no relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA give you rights over your personal information. These may include the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- receive a copy in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will reply within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or a supervisory authority in the EU or UK.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to inquiry information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
